I haven't written for a while because I've been busy.... Translation lazy.  So I'm back I have a new project. Remodeling a 975 sq foot workshop into an apartment for myself. I'm trying to cut costs and save more. Also thirty has hit me hard. So I'm converting an existing structure into a dwelling. Here's what I have so far cleaned out and ready to go
